Sited in the tranquil countryside of the Scottish Borders, the owner of this 4 bedroom bungalow wanted to devise a new spatial arrangement to replace its current layout. Instead of using partition wall to disect different functions within the household, an open plan was sought for to encourage open circulation through the living area and maximise the infiltration of daylight into the living space.
