Edinburgh | A city shaped and molded by its geological context presents countless identified / (un)-identified architectural opportunities. The ground is contested and negotiated through a series of geological processes dictated by compressive + tensile forces which orchestrates the growth of the city. Investigations and studies were carried out in the 1st semester to grasp a better understanding and reveal potentiality embedded within the central region of Edinburgh. Through working in two distinctive scales: Micro + Macro, a series of sites were identified and propositions were made to occupy the fissured and fractured regions within the urban facbric.
